Responsibility
It is always the absolute responsibility of our client or distributor, not SPECTRADOME , to ascertain and obey any and all applicable local, state, federal or national laws in regards to import, possession, sale and use of any items purchased from us.
The client or distributor is also fully responsible for any import licensing requirement, custom duties and import restrictions and assumes all liability or damage resulting from use, misuse or unlawful request, ordering or use of the products offered bySPECTRADOMEon its websites and catalogues.
Product description
Full information available on our website regarding product descriptions and technical information is to be considered, to our best knowledge, accurate and correct. Modifications, however, are alaways possible (especially for hi-tech devices) and we reserve the right to modify product information at our sole discretion and without prior notification to our customers. Products that are restricted, bear limitations or whose sale is subject to special conditions clearly highlight these characteristics within product description.
Lead times
Our company operate according to a very stringent J.I.T. (stockless) business policy, therefore, product availability may definitely vary depending on a number of different factors. Ususally, a 15 working days lead time is expected for shipping: this average lead time may shrink or extend according to factors that are beyond our control.
Orders
Orders are accepted by fax, email or e-commerce engine: we do not take or process orders on the phone. Email orders are ALWAYS confirmed by another email in return from us, whereas further communication may always follow any order regardless of its confirmation method.
By placing an order with us, our customers and distributors do agree to pay for all items ordered as well as for shipping costs associated with order.
Risk waiver
Ordered products are always shipped under full risk of the buyer who may decide to ask for special handling and/or insured shipping. In case the goods arrive damaged or tainted, SPECTRADOME will not be held responsible, although we will try our best to assist you. Customers receiving a damage product delivered with insured shipping are kindly requested to inform us immediately in order to get our full support for insurance claims.
Insurance costs and limitations may vary depending on the shipping method used.
Prices
Sales prices are clearly stated along with every product description. If a given product comes available with one or more options, these options are usually present at the bottom of the product page along with their respective surcharge which is to be added to the basic version pricing, to which the main product description refers. Prices are always subject to modifications that may happen at any times without prior notification.
Shipping
We ship worldwide using all main shipping methods such as air mail and major couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
Shipping fees depend on item weight and order quantity and although they are automatically calculated by our e-commerce engine, do not be surprised if we contact you to integrate them, depending on your order. The wide variety of items, weights, shipping options and final destinations can sometimes cause troubles with identification of an actual shipping fees amount.
All products ordered are tested in actual operation before shipping.
Warranty
All of our products are covered by a full one-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase/delivery. Some of our products also carry a two-year manufacturer's warranty. At our sole discretion we will replace or repair each defective item, product or system under warranty period. Defective items will have to be returned at customer's expenses.
Returns
All sales are final, no exceptions.
We strongly encourage our customers to extensively ask for questions and support before confirming an order, as we are able to assist you with all the information you may need to make your purchase with us a pleasant experience. As we definitely want our customer to be satisfied, in case you need to return any item or system you purchased from us because it is malfunctioning or has shown some defect under warranty period, please contact us to obtain your RMA authorization.
Payment
We accept many different payment methods as follows: wire transfer to our bank account, Paypal, credit card, money transfer (WU, MG), cashier's check mailed to our mailbox or even cash if you are going to visit us.
COD payment is not accepted.
