We feel it is very important to give our customers a clear and sharp image of our own m.o., with special regards to our business model and sales terms and conditions.

Our company operates according to a very stringent J.I.T. business and production policy and this means basically two things:

1. orders are manufactured upon collection;
2. lead times for orders may vary depending on the current situation at the time being.

Because the demand for our products situates at a level that our offer can hardly meet, we strongly suggest our business partners to AVOID buying in a hurry.

All we are asking for is just a little purchase planning, because we know very well that we can hardly attend urgent order situations, owing both to our J.I.T. business policy and continuous demand for our products and systems: once again, please try not to come to us with urgent delivery terms for your orders.

 Another very important aspect of our business policy concerns demos for hi-end and law enforcement systems and devices. Many of our partners request us to perform free demonstrations to their final customers leaving the chance of our reward for that to a possible and eventual sale to the final customer after the demonstration.

WE DO NOT DO ANYTHING LIKE THAT AND NEVER WILL

If we had to buy into that policy we would spend the whole of our time  jetting all over the world to perform demos and heaven knows how many people would gladly take advantage of that situation only to see some "black magic" in action.

We would like to state once and for all that we:

• do NOT offer free demos, but require specific demo fees
• do NOT offer free samples, but do offer sample pricing or orders
  
• do NOT travel for free to perform a demo, but require full travel and lodging expenses covered.

There is absolutely no sense for us to bear all the costs and do all the work of a local business partner or a distributor: if that is the only way, then we are perfectly able to decide to do that ourselves without waving a substantial slice of the sales profit to a distributor.

To cut a long story short: demo inquiries for our systems are welcome, but only on a payment basis.
